NEW BRUTALE RR 1090, A SUPERBIKE WITHOUT FAIRINGS
The legend is reborn and the Brutale family continues to grow. No fairing and pure design. For 2012 the MV Agusta Brutale model line expands with the third version, three different models for riders with different needs but all with a single core goal, the maximum riding experience on a supersport naked. Along with the entry level Brutale 920 and supersport Brutale R 1090 there is now the Brutale RR 1090, a true superbike with 158hp.
Maximum performance without compromise, this is the creed of the new Brutale RR 1090. The Brutale RR 1090 is the most important addition to the new Brutale 2012 line-up, it is an absolute missile capable of exceptional performance and a level of handling that makes all other naked bikes pale by comparison. The 1078cc four-cylinder engine with radial intake and exhaust valves offers the highest power output ever by a Brutale. New camshafts, new intake tracts, new throttle bodies (same bore diameter as the F4) all contribute to the record power level of 116,5 kW (158 hp) at 11.900 rpm. This engine is simply extraordinary and capable of satisfying even the most demanding rider thanks to the addition of the slipper clutch, new engine mapping and traction control with 8 levels of intervention.
The chassis of the MV Agusta Brutale RR 1090 is worthy of an authentic superbike without fairings, the ultra-light CrMo steel tube chassis that is hand welded (TIG) with adjustable steering geometry that allows the rider to adapt the geometry to their personal needs. Logically, a superbike needs to have the best suspension available: Marzocchi 50mm USD front forks with DLC coating and dedicated valving for the Brutale RR 1090 together with a Sachs single shock with high and low speed compression adjusters along with rebound and spring pre-load adjusters. Completing the high level of components are the brakes and wheels: Brembo monobloc front brake calipers (the same as on the hypersport F4RR) with 320mm rotors as well as forged aluminum wheels that weight over 1kg less that cast wheels and help reduce the unsprung mass.
The new Brutale RR 1090 offers an extremely high level of fit and finish including a projector beam headlight with incorporated LED position lights, LED front turn signals incorporated into the rear-view mirrors and LED rear turn signals. The Brutale RR 1090 is available in 3 color combinations: America, Red/Silver and Matt Magno Grey/Matt Black all for the price of 18.800€ (Every country could have a price variation due to local import duties and taxes) with availability beginning at the end of November 2011 in authorized dealerships.

Today, the Brutale family is about to grow with the introduction of a completely new model that is destined to become the reference in the middle-weight category.
The Brutale 675 is born, a bike that pays tribute to the advant guard styling of the original Brutale and offering performance never before available in this market segment.

The new in-line three cylinder power plant is derived directly from the F3 and sets new records for compactness and the application of technical solutions only previously seen on MotoGp motorcycles such as advanced electronics with the MVICS (Motor & Vehicle Integrated Control System), a system that integrates the Full Ride By Wire throttle control with integral multi-maps for the engine and traction control. Power output is a staggering 115 hp at 12.500 rpm and a torque curve that is more similar to a liter bike rather than a supersport.

NEW F3 NOW AVAILABLE
After being elected the “Most beautiful 600 in the world”, the MV Agusta F3 675 is now ready to become the new reference both on the street and on the track. A Supersport that boasts a ultra-advance chassis and vehicle dynamics control that is on par with the most advanced Superbikes thanks to the new system MVICS (Motor & Vehicle Integrated Control System).
The MV Agusta F3 675 is a revolutionary motorcycle offering extreme emotions to the rider on the street and on the track. The three cylinder engine utilizes a revolutionary counter-rotating crankshaft, a solution that has only been previously seen on MotoGP motorcycles, together with the most compact and light weight layout ever seen on a Supersport bike. These are only a few of the characteristics that make the new F3 675 the most sophisticated supersport with the best handling of any sport motorcycle.

TEASER VIDEO FOR THE 2012 BRUTALE 675
Yes, it's a naked version of the F3 with a Dali-esque 'melted' headlight like the bigger Brutale, a new seat unit, but sticking with the F3's triple stacked exhausts. Looks good as far as we can tell, as you'd expect from a bike that's presumably been styled by British designer Adrian Morton (he of the latest F4, the F3, the Benelli Tornado and TNT and one of Tamburini's understudies in the design of the original F4). It's just a shame they haven't just released some proper pictures of it instead of a video dreamt up by clueless marketing execs...

A BOOK DEDICATED TO THE WORLD’S MOST BEAUTIFUL MOTORCYCLE: MV AGUSTA F4

Varese, 18 October 2011 – It was born thanks to the boundless passion of a man for sports motorcycles. Him, Claudio Castiglioni. Her, the first MV Agusta F4. Autumn 1997. The legendary brand of triumphs in competition with Carlo Ubbiali, Mike Hailwood and Giacomo Agostini came back to life with a masterpiece 4 cylinder inline engine, the classic “Italian school” architecture.
With the mechanics, chassis and body work protected by innumerable patents, in the years the F4 evolved, giving life to models that have shifted further, always more forward, the concept of excellence in world motorcycle production.
The history of a motorcycle which is considered in all effects “the most beautiful in the world” is told for the first time in a single volume that stands out for the quality of its contents and elegant graphical layout. Published by Giorgio Nada Editore (www.giorgionadaeditore.it), a name that guarantees quality in motorcycle publishing and has done for more than thirty years. This work is fruit of a close collaboration between the author and the design and technical company staff, both in MV Agusta at Varese and in CRC at San Marino.
For the 2 wheels that marked the rebirth of the glorious MV brand, the volume identifies four fundamental passages in the evolution of the motorcycle: the first F4 750 Serie Oro of 1997, the F4 1000 Ago of 2002, the unparalleled F4 CC of 2006, and finally the new generation models, that see the incredibly powerful F4 RR of 2011 at the summit. Telling the story of the F4 are the protagonists of this exceptional technical and business adventure: designers, technicians, men of the company that have retraced the genesis of these two wheeled jewels from 1997 to date.
This work, written by Otto Grizzi and available in Italian and English, is complemented by over 400 images sourced from the company archives, including some drawings and sketches never published until now.

Rumblings in Varese...
Having just returned from Varese in Northern Italy whereupon we visited the MV Agusta factory. The visit was to view the new exciting products that are coming off their production line at present, namely the new Brutale 675 Trepistone. This is a stunning new model and will be available in February 2012 and will be in the region of £7999.00. Also there was the F3 675 which was on testing, these as many of you will be aware by now are due to hit the UK in November this year and those of you fortunate enough to order one at the N.E.C. show in Birmingham last year will not be disappointed. The bike sounds awesome and is making 137BHP. This is surely the most exciting and beautiful looking bike in this class. This dovetails nicely onto the next bike, the stunning NEW F41000RR! Believe me this is the most jaw dropping bike ever to be made by this most prestigious of brands. This bike will feature Ohlins suspension to both front and rear and will come in all red or satin white. Both colours will carry black chassis and wheels. The bike has been recorded at 201mph, and it will priced at just £17999.00.
STOP PRESS: New Brutale 920 arriving next week at a stunning low price of £9999.00 these are available in Black or White and have got to be the most desirable naked muscle bike available right now for under £10K...
